As a Vehicle Technician at Flash Fit, you will:

• Perform vehicle diagnostics, servicing, and mechanical repairs.
• Conduct MOT preparations and testing (if qualified).
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues efficiently and accurately.
• Carry out tyre fitting and wheel alignments.
• Collaborate with the team to meet customer needs and workshop targets.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.

• Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake repairs, and engine diagnostics.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical problems and provide effective solutions.
• Communicate clearly with customers about vehicle issues and necessary repairs.
• Stay updated with technical information and advancements in automotive technology.

Essential:

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or similar role.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full UK driving license.

Desirable:

• MOT Tester qualification.
